What time does the concert begin?
The show begins at 7 p.m. General admission seating begins at 5:30 p.m. Please arrive at your leisure.
How much are tickets?
Open seating tickets are $47.50. Reserved seats can be purchased as part of our Premiere Dinner Package (see below).
Is it possible to get a refund on the tickets?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Where is the concert?
The concert will be held on the beautiful, pool side outdoor Gazebo Lawn of The Hyatt Westlake Plaza.
Concerts are held rain or shine.
How do I get to The Hyatt Westlake Plaza?
From Orange County, Los Angeles
405 San Diego Freeway North
to 101 West/Ventura Fwy.-North.
Exit at Westlake Blvd., turn left.
Pass over freeway to first signal and turn left.
Hotel is on right.
From Ventura, Santa Barbara
101 South/Ventura Fwy.
Exit at Westlake Blvd.
Cross over Westlake Blvd.,
Straight ahead into driveway.

How long will the concert last?
The concert includes intermission and will last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
What are the seating arrangements?
Seating is arranged in theatrical concert seating with rows of chairs and non-reserved cabarete tables. Individual tickets are for general admission, non reserved, open seating.
Is it possible to select my seats in advance?
Multiple seating options are available on a first-come first served.
When will I get my tickets?
Tickets will be mailed within two days of the date of purchase.
Will Artists sign autographs after the performance?
The featured artists will be available after each performance in the Plaza Lounge to sign autographs. There CD's will also be available for purchase as well.
Are children allowed at the concerts? If so, is there a discount for children?
Yes, everyone is welcome. Children will require a ticket unless they can sit on a lap. Admission is complimentary for small children and babies sitting on a parent or guardian's lap.
Is the concert almost sold out?
While sales are consistently strong, the concert's have not sold-out in advance. We always anticipate a full house and encourage you to purchase tickets in advance.
Are tickets available at the door?
There may be a limited number of tickets available at the door. Advance ticket purchases are strongly recommended.
Is food and beverage allowed in the concert area?
Food and beverage purchased at The Hyatt Westlake Plaza can be brought into the concert. No outside food or beverages will be allowed from outside the hotel, with the exception of water bottles.
Is parking included in the ticket price?
Complimentary self-parking is available surrounding the Hotel.. Valet parking is also available but not included in the ticket price.
