Food & Beverage

Upon arrival please look for the Concert Registration table in the Hotel Lobby. Our staff will assist you with your Will Call orders and ticket exchange to receive your concert entrance pass.

Doors to the concert in the outdoor garden are scheduled to open at 5:30 p.m. with a choice of open theater seating and long cabaret tables on a first-come-first-served basis.

A great selection of food, beverages and desserts will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Our Executive Chef John Foerster and his culinary team will be serving a fresh section of fruits, cheese, salads and dinner items throughout the evening.

Each concert will feature a surprise dessert dressed in a musical note. Our next concert will feature an elegant napoleon - layered crispy puff pastry with a contrasting butter cream filling, our classic french dessert.

We will also offer a Specialty Coffee Bar to include Starbucks Regular, Decaffeinated Coffee, an array of Tazo Teas, flavored syrups, chocolate shavings and fresh whiped cream.

A Premium Brand Cash Bar featuring our Hyatt Signature Canvas Wines, Specialty Wines and Hyatt Diamond Cocktails will be available throughout the entire event.
